This site presents RIFTILE. It does not ask for a player account or send game scores. A functional cookie stores your chosen language for up to one year. You can change it at any time or remove it in your browser settings.
When you use the support form, we store the selected topic, your message, an optional reply email, the site language, a request number and the submission time. We use this only to review and answer the request, and keep it only as long as needed for support and security. A short-lived, one-time maths challenge reduces automated submissions.
The hosting service processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Links to Telegram and the App Store take you to services with their own privacy policies.
The game sections below reproduce the current in-app documents. They describe Echo Arena when you use its online features; simply visiting this website does not create an Arena profile.
In short: solo play stays local. Echo Arena sends only your game profile, results, and technical match data needed for rankings and fair play. There is no advertising tracking.
DATA WE PROCESS
Solo play requires no registration. Echo Arena uses identifierForVendor, a random installation identifier and your chosen username for a pseudonymous device profile. The server processes challenge results, ratings, ranks, round durations, username reports and security data. For RIFTILE Plus, it verifies signed StoreKit purchase data and stores the purchase identifier (originalTransactionId), confirmed entitlement and links to device profiles. The developer does not receive payment card or bank details from Apple.
LOCAL STORAGE AND DELETION
The device stores document acceptance, onboarding progress, personal bests, settings, daily challenge count and the installation identifier; the protected Arena session is stored in Keychain. The server stores an HMAC hash of the device/installation identifier pair, not the original identifierForVendor, plus profiles, results, hidden-player lists, reports and purchase links. Deleting an Arena profile removes that profile's purchase link. If other device profiles share the verified purchase, their entitlement remains. The RIFTILE Plus purchase in the App Store is not deleted and can be restored with StoreKit. For a revoked purchase, after the last linked profile is deleted, the server retains a purchase record with no profile links: originalTransactionId, store environment, latest Apple-signed status timestamp, revocation status and assigned Premium number, if any. This prevents reuse of refunded purchases. The purchased hammer balance, processed StoreKit transaction identifiers and pending-use identifiers are stored in Keychain on this device and do not sync through iCloud.
DEVICE ACCESS
The game does not request location, contacts, calendar, photos, camera, or microphone access. Internet is not required for solo play but is required for Echo Arena, rankings, and result sync. System haptics are used only for control feedback and collect no data.
CHILDREN AND SAFETY
The current Arena has no open chat, photo sharing, or contact-based people search. Display names pass through an automatic server filter. The menu beside a name lets you report and hide a player, or only hide them; the profile then disappears for the sender and reports are retained for moderation. Arena data is not used for advertising or separate profiling of children.
TERMS OF USE
The game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Falsifying results, automating play, interfering with the network protocol, or exploiting bugs for rating is prohibited. RIFTILE Plus is a one-time, non-renewing purchase and its permanent features remain after purchase. Any future Arena+ subscription will be a separate optional product with its own App Store description and confirmation and will not remove permanent features already purchased. Each new game includes 3 free hammer strikes in supported modes. RIFTILE Plus unlocks unlimited strikes as part of its one-time purchase; there are no separately sold hammer packs. Hammer-cleared blocks award no points.
YOUR CONTROL AND SECURITY
You can delete your Arena profile without contacting the developer by using Delete Arena Profile in online mode. The server permanently deletes your username, rating, match history, device link, and active sessions; the app deletes its local installation identifier and Arena Keychain session. A RIFTILE Plus purchase remains in your App Store account and can be restored with StoreKit. Deleting the app clears ordinary local storage, while protected Keychain records may remain under iOS rules until the Arena profile is explicitly deleted.
DOCUMENT CHANGES
If features or data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new revision date. For a materially new version, the app will show the review screen again before entry so the changes cannot be missed.
